ABOUT THE TEAM Anduril’s communications team is responsible for shaping and driving Anduril’s narrative globally. The right person for this role is deadline-driven, an excellent communicator and extremely organized. WHAT YOU’LL DO Help drive strategic and tactical communications programs that proactively advance Anduril’s policy goals and strategic initiatives by supporting operations across the team. Lead organizational efforts across the communications team including daily clips, project management and media monitoring. Research key items for various communications efforts across national security, defense and foreign policy. Measure comms output quarterly as well as around major launches, and continually track results. Develop processes and operations to support the team. This includes exploring new ways to improve functions through different tools and AI. Track deliverables and work cross-functionally to help execute media outreach, speaking engagements, product launches, and other ad hoc projects. Support earned media strategies and pitches to reporters to secure coverage in targeted media outlets where policymakers and influencers go to stay informed. Develop steam-lined system to track, evaluate and action incoming speaking requests. Proactively identify opportunities and moments to add Anduril to public conversations to raise awareness for our brand and products. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a passion for storytelling. Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills. Strong interest in current events Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of communications experience in defense and national security, technology, policy, public relations, or related field(s) US Salary Range $70,000—$105,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
