As a Communications Coordinator, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming, informed, and positive experience for residents and their families. You’ll coordinate communication, support events, and ensure that all residents feel connected and valued. Schedule & Pay: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $28.00/hour Requirements · Associate degree or equivalent experience required. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. · Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar programs preferred. Responsibilities · Coordinate move-ins and serve as the primary contact for residents and their families. · Update and maintain resident handbooks and informational materials. · Manage resident communications, including phone directories, admission/move-out notifications, and announcements. · Lead the Commons Welcome Committee and support Resident Experience events. · Create signage and materials to enhance the resident environment. · Handle contract signing and support transfers to new levels of care. · Support resident satisfaction surveys and assist with Life Enrichment activities. · Coordinate annual resident anniversaries, holiday cards, and other recognition initiatives. · Assist with admissions processes, including background checks, contract packages, and documentation. · Maintain accurate resident records and demographic information in PathTracker and PCC.
