Overview MB2 Dental and Carabelli Club are seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance our internal communications platforms — Cerebro, MB2 Dental’s intranet, and the Carabelli Clubhouse, the exclusive member portal for Carabelli Club. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of content creation, technical troubleshooting, user support, and training experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage content, engagement campaigns, and internal communications across MB2’s Cerebro intranet and Carabelli Club’s member portal. Provide user support, troubleshoot login and access issues, and coordinate with IT and platform vendors as needed. Train team members on platform features and maintain helpful resources like guides and training videos. Oversee user onboarding, ensuring accurate setup for new doctors and team members across systems. Maintain content accuracy and support community engagement through badges, posts, and member programs. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in internal communications, content management systems, or digital community platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders. Familiarity with intranet platforms (like Haystack) or membership portals is a plus. Basic graphic design, video editing, or HTML knowledge is a bonus.
