Description Essential Functions Create and distribute content for internal and external platforms, including email newsletters, websites, and social media Support the planning, messaging, and execution of organizational events Design branded communications including reports, presentations, brochures, and flyers Provide responsive and professional service to internal and external partners and stakeholders Coordinate inventory of event and marketing supplies to ensure timely availability and consistent brand representation Curate and maintain a digital library of image and video files Manage email distribution list database, regularly updating contact records, segmenting audiences, and ensuring data accuracy to support effective communication campaigns Additional duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Knowledge of Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and WordPress Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling/analytics tools Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive organizational information Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Preferred, but not essential: Photography, video editing, and multimedia skills Spanish language proficiency 1–3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role Degree in public relations, marketing, communications or a related field Experience in lieu of a degree is welcomed Valid CA driver’s license Proof of insurance Access to a reliable vehicle Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 30–50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during events Comfortable performing physical tasks such as setting up displays, transporting materials, and organizing inventory
