ROLE OVERVIEW Reporting to senior leadership, the Communications Coordinator will play a central role in building Revolve's brand presence across investor, industry, and public audiences. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to a motivated communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow alongside a dynamic company in the clean energy sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with senior management, develop a strategic communications plan for investor, industry, public and internal audiences. Design and produce marketing materials for investor presentations, pitch decks, corporate fact sheets, and news releases, ensuring all materials are polished, on-brand, and ready for public markets audiences. Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of website content, including copywriting, page updates, and coordination with web developers to keep the site current and compelling. Producing engaging graphics, images and video to support stories, presentations and other content. Coordinate social media campaigns targeting retail and institutional investors across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. Monitor and track investor engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports. Create compelling written and visual content aligned with Revolve's brand identity and strategic messaging. Maintain consistency of brand voice across all external-facing materials, digital channels, and corporate communications. Coordinate with external designers, agencies, and partners ads needed to produce high-quality marketing assets. Manage and grow the company's digital presence including website content, email marketing, and social channels. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy. Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery against deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams. Track marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and vendor deliverables. Required 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role; experience in the renewable energy or cleantech sector preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and drive team goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Experience producing images, graphics and working with video. Familiarity with basic communications planning, measurement, and content management tools Preferred Familiarity with public capital markets, investor relations practices, or financial communications.
