About the role This is a full-time role at Christ Covenant. The purpose of this role is to collaborate with the church’s lead team and ministries in order to craft a vision for all communications & creative needs. This person will manage a dedicated team of experts including communication coordinators, videographers, and graphic designers in order to execute all projects. This position is responsible for developing and executing an effective communications and creative strategy to achieve church goals. What you'll do Communications Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aims to appropriately represent the church’s mission to the public (including all press releases and marketing materials) Develop and execute an internal communication strategy for church members Develop and assist in executing individual communication plans with all ministry leaders Work with staff to improve how each department communicates with constituents Manage all social media outlets Manage the Christ Covenant website Content/Resource Development & Creative Strategy Responsibility for casting and managing the creative vision for all areas of communication, content, and collateral. Ensure that the church maintains brand excellence and consistency in all areas of marketing and communications Work with the Executive team and Lead team to develop resources and materials that equip the church and execute on that process Manage relationships with content creators from within the church and outside the church Strategize and execute the content creative process from content gathering to printing and distribution Support church ministries with resources and tools needed for their ministry operations surrounding graphic design, local printing connections, Canva and website editing Manage and lead graphic designer for content creation Manage and lead photography team for the purpose of website, social media, and print material content creation Supervise and strategize with video/storytelling team for utilization of video channels and resources General & Administrative Track analytics that inform marketing decisions Manage the marketing and communications budget Manage relationships with staff, elders, and committees Perform other job duties as assigned Ensure that all work efforts align with the stated staff values of Christ Covenant Qualifications Bachelor’s (B.A.) or similar degree. Experience managing multiple large initiatives, teams, and projects at once, while adhering to marking, communication, and design principles.
