JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a communications professional to establish a strategic communications function, including processes and tools that will support the achievement of our organizational objectives. The Director of Internal Communications is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy across Colas USA, a matrixed organization. As the senior-most communications professional, this role will guide and align business unit communicators, ensuring a cohesive narrative that advances the company’s vision, values, and business objectives.
This leader is both a strategist and a hands-on practitioner, capable of navigating complexity, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impactful communications that engage and inspire employees.
