What you’ll do: Support the scoping, design and delivery of collaborative engagements that enable organisations to drive large-scale transformation, navigate change and deliver on major business initiatives. Design and deliver bespoke experiences that enable acceleration, ownership and alignment, ranging from small scale virtual sessions to multi-day large scale in-person conferences. Manage and co-facilitate client meetings with senior stakeholders to scope and design collaborative engagements. Capture and synthesise the iterative co-design process and outcomes of the collaborative engagements, developing high-quality client deliverables. Effectively apply understanding and knowledge of collaboration principles and design-thinking to the design of engagements. Assist in building communications strategies and plans and write and design communications materials for diverse audiences. Lead end-to-end project management of engagements, including timelines, budgets, and logistics. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders. Support sales and general development of the business, including shaping proposals that introduce new possibilities and ways of thinking about collaborative ways of working. Use a range of digital tools (including AI) to ethically accelerate and elevate work. What we’re looking for: Background in consulting or professional services (preferred but not essential). Experience in collaborative ways of working (preferred but not essential). Exceptional project management skills, specifically; organising tasks, managing timelines and coordinating with stakeholders. Confidence working with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary client teams, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate different stakeholder needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively. Professionalism, adaptability and flexibility in your approach to work, with demonstrated experience in the ability to work independently and take initiative.
