To complement our marketing team, we are looking for a Communications & Event Manager to join our team in Breda (NL).
We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly communicative Communications & Event Manager to join our Corporate Communications & Events team and oversee a variety of projects. Your specific focus will be on managing the execution of tradeshows across the international markets, identifying content and maintaining the European blog, supporting in ad hoc communication projects, supporting international social channels, communicating progress toward key milestones and reporting out on the success of the projects. You’ll work closely with the Director and key internal stakeholders to turn marketing plans into reality.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and networking events, including booth setup, sponsorship, staffing.
  • Manage relationships and act as liaison between company and tradeshow managers, vendors.
  • Partner with marketing managers to identify and implement sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and programs in support tradeshow presence.
  • Maintain and update trade show budget.
  • Assist with marketing events, including social media, blog content and media relations.
  • Creating and maintaining blog content calendar, communicating key dates to internal stakeholders.
  • Daily engagement with and response to followers and communities across social channels.
  • Partner with social media mangers, marketing managers and marketing director to manage the execution of all initiatives within the annual social marketing plan for international social channels.
  • Pitching in and handling minor, ad hoc requests for marketing support as needed.
  • Keeps up to date on industry trends and competitor marketing.
  • Represent the RB Global brand appropriately, as well as any other partnerships.
