About the Role A1 is building a proactive AI system that carries work forward across conversations, tools, and time. As a Communications Executive, you will support A1’s external communications efforts in China. This role covers media outreach, messaging preparation, and coordination of public-facing engagements across digital and traditional channels. You will execute communication initiatives end-to-end and ensure clarity and consistency in external messaging. What You'll Do Support the development and execution of external communications plans in China Identify relevant media channels including tech press, social platforms, podcasts, and traditional outlets Draft and edit communication materials such as press pitches, briefing notes, and messaging documents Coordinate interviews and media engagements, including preparation materials and follow-ups Maintain consistency in messaging across different external platforms Track media outreach efforts and maintain organized records of placements and coverage Monitor media trends and flag relevant opportunities Assist in maintaining communication documentation and messaging archives What You'll Need 2–5 years of experience in communications, PR, media relations, or related fields Exposure to technology or AI-related companies preferred Familiarity with China’s media and digital platform landscape Strong writing and editing skills in Chinese; working proficiency in English Ability to communicate structured and clear messages Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution Comfortable working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment How We Work The best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams.
