We’re looking for a Communications Executive to join our Group Marketing team at Cranswick’s Head Office in Hull. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll help shape how we communicate across the business and beyond — from managing social media and creating content, to supporting internal campaigns, events, and partnerships. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working on projects that connect people, celebrate success, and support Cranswick’s reputation in the food industry and local community.

Responsibilities

As part of our Group Marketing team, you’ll help shape how we communicate with colleagues, customers, and communities. Expect variety, autonomy, and plenty of opportunity to get creative. You will:

  • Take the lead on social media channels, managing content with agency support to ensure engaging and strategic storytelling
  • Help keep our website and intranet current by writing and uploading engaging content through our CMS
  • Plan and deliver internal communications campaigns, ensuring key messages land with clarity and impact
  • Support events, sponsorships and partnerships, from local initiatives to wider group activities
  • Create and coordinate collateral, including presentations, branded merchandise, and event materials
  • Maintain and grow our digital asset library, ensuring it’s current, organised and accessible
  • Provide occasional finance & admin support to the team
