Description

We’re delighted to partnered with an industry giant, a UK leading Marketing Company, for the recruitment of a Communications Executive. The organisation has been continuously growing, while working with some of the UK’s biggest brands. This is a Hybrid working role - 3 days in-office at the Company’s Belfast Office (Airport Road) & 2 Days at Home.
Permanent position - Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm - Flexibility available on start and finish time if required)

Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the creation of internal communications collateral & initiatives to ensure all employees are informed, engaged and inspired through a mix of traditional and digital communication channels. Responsibilities will include copywriting, design of newsletters, development and design of internal campaigns, and the roll out of initiatives around the company’s business strategy, mission, philosophy & values.
  2. Provide event management support at key conferences and virtual events. Tasks to include liaising with venues, briefing in relevant agencies, compiling key event documents, overseeing webinar technology and aiding in the preparation of presentations and VTs.
  3. Contributing to the Group’s Digital Strategy via the updating and development of engaging content for a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, Divisional websites and the Group’s Intranet ‘The Larder’, in addition to supporting Digital refresh projects.
  4. Supporting the communication and engagement activities around the Group’s Responsible Business commitments – People, Planet and Place.
  5. Proofing newsletters, brochures, artwork and other marketing collaterals for textual errors.
  6. Briefing in artwork to agencies and liaising with trade press on advertisement placements.
  7. Working on Group projects with a variety of stakeholders.
  8. Drafting copy and presentations for external audiences such as media, business partners etc.
