About the Role In this role, you’ll bring Rexel’s specialist capabilities to life — from Mining and Industrial to Data, Solar & Renewables and more. You’ll turn technical expertise into sharp, engaging content: proposals, one‑pagers, presentations, case studies and social posts that help us win and grow. As the bridge between sales, technical teams, customers and senior leaders, you’ll make complex ideas clear and compelling. You’ll also lead our national social media strategy and support internal communications that keep our people connected and informed. Key Responsibilities Customer proposals & commercial support Craft clear, compelling proposal content for our National Key Account Management team. Work with sales, product, operations and technical experts to bring together accurate, high‑impact submissions. Value propositions & sales enablement Develop and maintain value proposition materials across specialist business units. Create one‑pagers, sales decks and technical summaries that help teams engage customers with confidence. Case studies & project storytelling Lead end‑to‑end production of case studies for Lighting, Industrial, Mining, Data, Solar & Renewables. Plan interviews, site visits, photo/video briefs and deliver finished assets — including written stories, presentations, videos and photo galleries. Senior stakeholder engagement & corporate content Partner with senior leaders to create strategic internal and external content. Localise global materials and contribute to cross‑market campaigns. National social media coordination Own and deliver Rexel Australia’s social media program across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Develop themes, plan campaigns and create platform‑specific content. Track performance and optimise future posts. Internal communications Lead all corporate internal communications, ensuring clear, timely updates across the organisation. Deliver regular staff communications and manage confidential information appropriately. About You Marketing or business qualifications and 3–5 years’ experience in B2B, industrial, technical or construction sectors. Exceptional communication skills — you can turn complex technical info into crisp, engaging messages. Proven ability to create proposals, case studies, one‑pagers and presentations that land with impact. Social media savvy across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram — from planning to posting to reporting. Confidence working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. Strong project management skills — organised, deadline‑driven and great at juggling multiple priorities. Hands‑on content production skills: basic video creation, briefing creatives, copy editing, script writing and image selection. Tools like PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite are second nature.
