Are you ready for the next step in your career in a global environment? We’re looking for a Communications Manager to join Amer Sports Group Communications team in Helsinki, Finland or Munich, Germany.
In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact on our global communications by building Amer Sports’ reputation through sharp sustainability messaging, and by strengthening our corporate and employer brands. You will join a team of communications professionals located in Helsinki, Finland and Shanghai, China, and collaborate with and provide communications consultancy to our colleagues and leaders globally.

What you will be doing:
Sustainability communications: Strengthen Amer Sports’ sustainability culture internally and reputation building externally through active sustainability communications.
- Strengthen Amer Sports’ sustainability messaging.
- Plan and execute an annual sustainability communications content plan in line with our strategy.
- Plan and implement our Climate Program communications.
- Create and manage sustainability communication materials (presentations, website contents, videos etc.).
- Develop how we measure the impact of our sustainability communications.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Sustainability team and brand sustainability professionals.
Amer Sports corporate brand: Ensure Amer Sports corporate brand development and consistency.
- Develop and manage Amer Sports corporate brand guidelines, assets and templates.
- Train, advice, and guide our employees and partners on verbal, visual, and sonic brand implementations, enabling them to consistently and effectively represent and strengthen the Amer Sports brand in all touchpoints.
Amer Sports employer brand: Ensure Amer Sports employer brand development and consistency.
- Develop and manage our employer brand narrative, visuals, guidelines, templates and assets. Guide and support Human Resources across regions in implementation.
- Plan, ideate, and execute employer branding materials, contents and campaigns together with Human Resources.
- Develop how we measure our employer branding activities.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources, providing communications expertise in defining and delivering employee experience.
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of work experience in corporate communications in a global context.
- A degree in communications or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong motivation for corporate communications as well as demonstrated interest and experience in at least one of the following areas – others are considered a plus:
- Sustainability communications and understanding the evolving sustainability landscape.
- Developing and managing corporate brands.
- Developing and managing employer brands.
- A good eye for visual details, simple photo and video editing, and graphic design skills (e.g., PhotoShop, Canva, Storykit).
- Familiarity with AI tools is considered a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – you are a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic, proactive, and hands-on approach – a can-do attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn and grow.
