We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications across our water and wastewater infrastructure program. You will work closely with the delivery teams, guide stakeholder engagement and ensure high quality, consistent messaging. In this role you'll be responsible for: Develop and implement integrated communication strategies for our program Lead program communications across construction, community and engagement and national communication functions Oversee the creation of media releases, stakeholder updates, digital channels, tender submissions and executive briefings Oversee and support Community & Stakeholder team and associated activities Manage issue resolution and response on the program, in collaboration with Senior Leadership Team and project teams Build Strong relationships with program partners, community groups, internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will have: Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field 10+ years experience in communication roles, ideally within Construction and/or Water-Wastewater Industry Demonstrated experience in Community and Stakeholder Engagement and experience delivering culturally informed communications Ability to manage issues and response to emerging situations quickly and professionally Strong understanding of major/critical project environments and stakeholder sensitivities Proficiency in digital communications, content creation and brand management with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
