What's the role? We’re looking for an experienced internal communications channel strategist and content creator to join our global People Communications team and help connect more than 6,000 employees worldwide. In this role, you’ll shape people’s experience at HERE – developing and executing our internal channel strategy, creating compelling global content, and using data and analytics to continually strengthen employee engagement. Own and evolve our digital intranet platform, leveraging its capabilities and interdependencies to drive daily employee engagement through company updates and peer-to-peer collaboration. Develop and execute our global internal communications channel strategy across a diverse ecosystem of channels, including the intranet, email communications, digital signage, and emerging platforms. Manage and continuously enhance our flagship monthly global employee newsletter, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for the most important developments at HERE Technologies. Develop, edit, and coach content contributors and stakeholders to deliver world-class, engaging content across formats and channels. Build and actively engage a global community of intranet champions, sharing best practices, gathering insights, and identifying opportunities for ongoing platform improvement. Use data and analytics to regularly assess channel performance, refine content strategies, launch new features where appropriate, and increase readership and employee engagement. Support and facilitate global internal communications initiatives, including All Hands events, townhalls, and company announcements. Who are you? At least 5 years of experience in an internal communications role, preferably within a global technology company. Proven experience owning and administering internal digital platforms, with the ability to manage multiple channels and content contributors in a structured and scalable way. Excellent writing and editorial skills for internal audiences, with experience creating and adapting content across a range of multimedia formats. Experience managing external suppliers and production vendors. Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve employee engagement. Solid organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across functions, geographies, time zones, and teams. A proactive, hands‑on mindset, with a track record of delivering high‑quality work under pressure. Experience in integrating AI and/or automation to streamline processes and augment outcomes. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and deadline‑driven environment. A university degree, ideally in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. What Do We Offer?
