Job Description For our Communications team, we are looking for a Communications Manager (m/f/d) Mid Markets which include Ireland, Belgium, South Africa, Central America on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months based in Dublin. Your responsibilities You are the key communication partner to our Mid Market's team, shaping core narratives that provide clarity and inspiration By aligning messaging and formats across markets, you enable consistent and effective leadership communication throughout the organization and all our B2B channels You are responsible for designing and managing communications for key initiatives and projects, including local change initiatives within the mid-market segment. This involves developing audience-specific messaging, defining communication cascades, and planning timing to ensure maximum impact Together with the team, you ensure that our messages are aligned with global narratives while resonating on a local level – with the goal of fostering transparency, clarity, employee orientation, and maximizing the impact of our B2B communication You create high-quality content in all kinds of formats – from written posts and talking points for leadership to video scripts and internal updates – always keeping the messaging and tone consistent across every channel Track communication performance, gather employee feedback, and adapt strategies for continuous improvement Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in internal corporate communications, journalism, or content creation—ideally in an international organization Degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Communication or a related field preferred Strong editorial skills with the ability to translate business topics into engaging, people-focused stories Proven ability to manage content calendars, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines—while maintaining a clear communication strategy You’re a natural connector with high emotional intelligence, confident in working across all levels and departments Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR levelC1 or higher) skills Additional Information We’re a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when you’re with us.
