We’re searching for a Communications Manager to lead our comms efforts in Poland. Reporting to the Regional Head of Central Communications, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our narrative, leading the work of our PR agency, and making sure Wolt stays top-of-mind when it comes to the tech sector, platform economy and local commerce. If you’re a creative storyteller with a knack for strategic thinking, this is your chance to make a big impact in a growing market. This role plays a key part within the global and regional Wolt communications teams, as well as the local leadership team in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead communications strategies that align with our business goals and tell great stories about our Polish business, partners, and team.
• Manage our PR agency, ensure consistent messaging and creative storytelling across all channels.
• Position Wolt Poland as a thought leader in the platform economy and local commerce space.
• Keep a close eye on the media landscape—monitoring coverage, compiling regular reports, and staying ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams across 28 markets, including Legal, Operations, Product, and Marketing, to ensure a unified communications approach.
• Take charge of crisis communications, making smart strategic decisions to protect and enhance our reputation.
• Bring a digital-first approach, leveraging social media and online platforms to amplify our message.
• Own the relationship with our agency partners, providing guidance, feedback, and approvals to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR and media relations, whether in an agency or in-house environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field isa plus
• Strong relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders and the ability to juggle multiple projects independently.
• Excellent writing skills in Polish, with the ability to simplify complex topics and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Excellent English skills
• A proactive mindset with great attention to detail and high standards for your work.
