We are now looking for a professional to join our communications team as a
Communications Manager (interim)
The position is a fixed-term parental leave replacement until December 31, 2026. The position is full-time, and we would like you to start at the beginning of June or as soon as possible.
In this role, you’ll focus mainly on external communications for the eCommerce and Delivery Services business group. You’ll manage and develop media communications for Posti’s unique service point network and support also Fulfillment and Logistics Services in Finland and Sweden.
Your expertise will also shine as you help launch new products and services, starting from informing personnel internally to external launch. You’ll be the go-to for media inquiries and support social media actions, especially during crises.
This role is exciting and inspiring, offering you the chance to dive into Posti’s growth businesses and contribute to group-level communications and marketing. You’ll work on diverse projects with a positive, supportive team of experienced professionals. Your daily partners will be from the eCommerce and Delivery business group, but you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • A university degree in communications, media, journalism, social sciences, business, technology, or a related field
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong motivation to grow and develop further
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, driven by change, continuous learning, and achieving results
  • Strong digital skills and a proven ability to create and refine high-quality content for diverse channels in an international set-up
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English; Swedish is a bonus
