Join us as a Communications Manager within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) for Global Transaction Banking (GTB), where you will be responsible for the strategic creation and distribution of internal communications. In this role you’ll be required to work effectively front to back (Business, Technology, Operations) across the organisation to ensure that key messages and initiatives are effectively distilled to colleagues and key stakeholders. You’ll be accountable for leading the communications strategy supporting Transformation initiatives.
The Transformation Office is part of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and working in partnership closely with Business, Tech, and Operations. The team is integral to deliver Barclays ambition to transform our ways of business value creation. The division supports clients with an annual turnover of over £6.5 million across large local companies, financial institutions and multinationals in UK and International markets. All our clients, regardless of size or complexity, want a financial partner they can trust.
