Description

Purpose Of The Role

As a Marketing Communications Executive, you will support the Marketing Manager in delivering Affinia’s integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on producing high-quality, engaging copy across a range of channels. You will play a key role in shaping content that supports service line growth, group initiatives and client engagement, ensuring it is clear, consistent and aligned to our brand. Alongside this, you’ll manage campaign activity from briefing through to delivery, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed. You will also play a key role in our internal communications programme, encompassing email, intranet, events and online meetings.

We operate a hybrid working model, and as an Executive you will split your time between working in the office and visiting other offices when required. You may be able to work from home in certain circumstances. Please speak to your line manager if you need to request to work from home or if you wish to make a flexible working request.

We provide ongoing training to develop both your technical and behavioural skills. Please speak to your line manager to craft a development plan tailored to both business need and your own goals.


Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Take ownership of content creation for marketing campaigns, producing compelling, audience-focused copy supporting group initiatives and client engagement. Work closely with service lines to identify growth opportunities
  • Undertake campaign planning, delivery and evaluation
  • Optimise digital campaigns and report on performance trends
  • Ensure brand consistency and reputational risk management
  • Analyse campaign ROI and apply insights to future planning
  • Mentor and coach team members.


Essential

Professional skills/qualifications:

  • Strong copywriting ability – able to produce clear, engaging and audience-focused content across a range of channels.
  • Project management – able to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously, keeping activity on track and within deadlines.
  • Communication skills – clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
  • Sound digital marketing knowledge – understand how marketing channels work together to support campaign performance and engagement.


Desirable

  • Degree or CIM qualification or active progress toward it.
