Communications Officer

Location: Victoria – 2 days on site

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Communications Officer to play a key role in delivering impactful communications, marketing, and fundraising activity.

This is an exciting opportunity to help tell the stories of beneficiaries, engage supporters, and raise awareness of the organisation's work through compelling digital and traditional communications.

Working across fundraising, communications, and stakeholder engagement, this Communications Officer will create high-quality content, manage digital channels, support media activity, and ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.

Communications Officer - Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for digital and print channels
• Produce articles, case studies, newsletters, campaign materials, and social media content
• Meet and interview beneficiaries to develop sensitive and impactful stories showcasing the organisation's impact
• Plan, schedule, deliver, and evaluate communications and fundraising campaigns
• Manage and develop the organisation's website and wider online presence
• Produce email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing collateral for internal and external audiences
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications
• Create in-house design materials and brief external agencies where required
• Act as the first point of contact for media and PR enquiries and coordinate press activity
