Working closely with the Communications Manager and the wider communications team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality communication outputs that reflect IVCC’s mission, support its goals, and enhance engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
If you have a flair for content creation and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear how you could contribute to our team!

Responsibilities
  • Creating content for IVCC’s digital platforms, including the website, social media channels, and newsletters
  • Monitor analytics to evaluate the performance of digital campaigns

  • Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading content for various audiences and platforms - mainly digital outputs
  • Coordinate content contributions from internal and external stakeholders to align with IVCC’s communications strategy
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to coordinate internal campaigns to promote company-wide initiatives, events, and achievements
  • Coordinate the internal communications SharePoint site or intranet, ensuring content is up to date, relevant, and easily accessible for all staff

  • Assist with the promotion of campaigns across traditional and digital media
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners, and external agencies
