Required:

• High school graduate,
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Ability to operate a PC proficiently
• Must be able to work alone
• Must be flexible
• Command of the English language

Preferred:

• Bilingual a plus

Schedule:

• 7P-7A, 3 days per week (12 hour shifts)
• Weekend rotation
• Holiday rotation

Essential Functions:

Communications Operator for two facilities: Community Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answering incoming call
• Transferring calls to appropriate departments
• Assisting with outgoing calls, providing information
• Making overhead announcements, following procedures for emergency alerts.
• The Communications Operators are Essential Personnel and provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including holidays.
