Job Details Job Location: Brooklyn - Brooklyn, NY 11216 Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary Required Knowledge, Skill and Experience Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in Communications, Marketing, Media, Digital Design, or a related field. Proficiency in website and digital content management platforms, including Squarespace; working knowledge of UI/UX design principles, basic HTML, graphic design, and copywriting. Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut. Experience developing and managing content calendars across multiple communication channels. In-depth knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, as well as emerging platforms and trends relevant to nonprofit and community-based organizations. Demonstrated success in growing and engaging online audiences, particularly on Instagram and Facebook. Proficiency in digital analytics and marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and content marketing best practices. Strong content development, storytelling, and content management skills across written, visual, and video formats. Ability to balance creative strategy with data-driven analysis to inform content and engagement decisions. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
