At Anglicare Sydney, the Seniors Communities Marketing team is not only keeping up with that change—we’re leading it. We’re a high-performing, innovative team doing things differently to shape the future of retirement living. And we’re looking for a creative and strategic permanent part-time (20 hours a week) Communications Specialist to help us tell that story.
About the Role
As a Communications Specialist, you’ll deliver strategic communications that connect, inform, and elevate Seniors Communities. Your work will support employee engagement, enhance our brand reputation, and connect future residents to the vibrant lifestyle on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans
  • Collecting and curating compelling content
  • Supporting senior leaders with engaging messaging
  • Crafting speeches and presentations for stakeholders
  • Building brand visibility through award submissions and other initiatives
  • Strengthen internal alignment and visibility across teams
