Description
Location: Gateway Office, Tsim Sha Tsui Employment Period: 8-month We are looking for a high caliber professional to join the Business Enablement team, supporting the CLP Oracle Transformation within CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, the appointee will be responsible for executing plans and programmes to support communication initiatives of the company’s ongoing transformation. Key responsibilities: * Execute employee engagement initiatives and campaigns to communicate the company’s ongoing transformation to a diverse workforce * Liaise and coordinate with relevant team members and departments to compile content on various transformation initiatives * Prepare and draft communication materials in a timely manner across various communication platforms; assist in the production of company publications including newsletters * Support to design and implement creative engagement activities, including online and offline events and other internal initiatives to connect employees * Produce in-house collaterals, including poster and digital banner design, newsletter layout, video script writing, creation and editing * Design feedback survey and conduct data analysis for measuring the campaign effectiveness * Other ad hoc support to the department as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: * A recognised degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or other related disciplines * A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, preferably in communications, graphic design or digital media discipline with a corporate background * Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage * Highly organised, with strong attention to detail; able to work under tight schedules with multi-tasking ability * Good command in content creation tools such as Vyond, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing skills are a must * Proficient in MS Office applications (Chinese and English) * Proficient in creating, designing and maintaining SharePoint sites * Knowledge of cultural change and experience in production of corporate newsletters will be preferred * A team player experienced in implementing initiatives across cultures with strong interpersonal and communications skills ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
