REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Two years of related experience in communications, digital marketing or marketing field.
  • Note : a related master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a communications coordinator, communications specialist, project manager or similar role on a marketing team.
  • Experience working with or for digital advertising.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience across a broad array of marketing channels.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and expectations between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working within project management software (ClickUp, Monday, MS Project, Teamwork).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to work as a motivated self-starter and bring fresh ideas, individual voice and enthusiasm to the team.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal and organizations skills.
  • Proven ability to work in email marketing, promotion materials, writing, social media management, web content management, and brand management.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to effectively plan and execute short and long-term projects that make efficient use of resources, meet deadlines, achieve objectives and maintain morale among staff through the process.
