QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.


    • Communications (Bachelor’s degree) or Journalism (Bachelor’s degree) or Marketing (Bachelor’s degree) or Public Relations (Bachelor’s degree)

    • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.

    Responsibilities
    • Act as a partner to the Marketing & Communications Manager, ensuring alignment of communications with company objectives.
    • Contribute to messaging frameworks and be responsible for implementing Frontgrade’s tone and communications style across all materials.
    • Research, draft, edit, and release external communications including press releases, white papers, blogs, case studies, and executive presentations.
    • Manage the release of PR materials from draft through approvals to distribution.
    • Support public relations activities including media list management, media inquiries, and development of background materials.
    • Partner with the Government Relations team to support communications focused on defense programs, funding priorities, and strategic initiatives.
    • Participate in campaign planning and execution within Wrike (project management) and Eloqua (marketing automation).
    • Create and publish social media content to support lead generation, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Government Relations, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
    • Provide communications support for corporate initiatives, product launches, and events.
