Responsibilities

This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Designing and delivering the internal communications strategy for the DMS division, aligned with global communications standards.
  • Developing a global comms plan and content calendar to drive consistent, engaging messaging across all manufacturing sites.
  • Creating compelling content and campaigns that connect colleagues to our purpose, values, and transformation journey.
  • Acting as the communications partner to the DMS Senior Leadership Team, offering guidance and support.
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and site-based comms ambassadors to ensure impactful, inclusive messaging for frontline colleagues.
  • Supporting change and transformation projects with timely, targeted communication.
  • Contributing to global communications initiatives beyond DMS, helping to shape how we engage our people worldwide.
  • Championing recognition and sharing success stories to celebrate achievements across the business.
