The Archdiocese of Denver is seeking a Communications Specialist on our growing Mission Support Center Teams (MSC) to support our parishes, schools, and employees in Northern Colorado. Our Communications Specialist will support parishes and schools from Louisville in the south to Fort Collins in the north, with Longmont as our centralized work location, while advancing our mission to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.

• Day-to-Day Communications and Marketing Support for Parishes: Provide comprehensive support including Flocknote template design and scheduling, weekly bulletin creation, Catholic-focused social media management, and monthly analytics review to enhance communication effectiveness and parish engagement.
• Marketing Project Coordination: Oversee key marketing initiatives including visual identity development, website migration and support (Wix), Flocknote, Canva, and Catholic social media platforms.
• Additional Responsibilities: Provide strategic marketing and communications support through resource recommendations, reporting, and regular collaboration with Archdiocesan staff; propose content and process improvements; and maintain strong communication with parish and school teams to ensure alignment with Archdiocesan goals.
