Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 5 years relevant communications, marketing or graphic design experience Job Summary: This role reports through Nursing Professional Development and supports Nursing Services across the system by employing a broad range of communications skills to inform and engage internal audiences. It involves direct and professional communication across all levels and creates and delivers high quality resources for Nursing Services. Preferred Qualifications: Graphic design and Adobe experience is preferred. Job Duties: Develops internal communications – including print, media, digital, voice, and video Partners with nurse leaders to produce materials, content and training for nursing professional development and clinical best practices Helps develop and execute Nursing Service social media presence Design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Nursing Service web page Writes general materials (patient/clinical/staff content) which can be used for digital, print, etc. Collaborates with internal audiences to develop creative concepts and collateral materials Works with representatives from Nursing Services and other Health System areas, as needed Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Strong interviewing and fact-finding skills  Exhibits clear knowledge of communications tools Ability to work effectively and directly with people at all levels Shoot and edit video  Proficient use of the Adobe suite of creative software and Microsoft Suite, etc. Salary Range: Actual salary commensurate with experience. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.
