Job Description The Communications Technician SME will operate within the FM Compliance Team, a group of discipline-specific subject matter experts responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory, technical, and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of communication systems. • Conduct scheduled inspections and assessments to ensure ongoing operational integrity. • Undertake duties ranging from routine installations to complex project coordination, advanced troubleshooting, and user support. •Review and evaluate third-party design concepts and proposals, identify potential deficiencies, and prepare detailed reports outlining risks, required improvements, and minimum compliance standards. •Ensure all work aligns with relevant communication industry regulations, as well as health, safety, environmental, business, and client requirements.
