About the Role:

We are looking for a Compliance Officer with a keen understanding of regulatory frameworks within the insurance and financial services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with the relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards. You will collaborate with multiple teams, including Legal and Finance, to drive effective compliance programs and manage potential risks to the business. Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

  • Community Building & Engagement
  • Execute a community engagement strategy on WhatsApp
  • Welcome and onboard new members and ensure they feel connected and valued
  • Support in organizing virtual and/or in-person events to foster connection and share knowledge
  • Content & Communication
  • Create and share relevant content to spark discussions, share updates, and highlight community wins
  • Collaborate with marketing or internal teams to align community messaging with broader goals
  • Monitor sentiment, conversations, and trends within the community and act accordingly
  • Prepare Community Newsletters
  • Moderation & Support
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment by enforcing community guidelines
  • Respond to member inquiries and facilitate connections between members
  • Collect feedback and insights from the community to help achieve company goals
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on community growth, engagement, and impact
  • Identify opportunities to improve the community experience based on data and feedback
  • Build AI tools to help with Community work automation

What you will need to have:

  • UAE National (Emirati).
  • Dubai-based or flexible to travel to Dubai for on-site events, activations, and team working sessions.
  • Experience in PR/Communications or related fields is highly preferable.
  • Strong command of English communication.
  • Strong coordination and follow-through mindset.
