Description Community Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Community Administrator to support operations across residential communities. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, engaging with residents in a dynamic environment, or looking to begin their career in the property management industry. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Schedule may differ due to client needs. May be asked to work evenings and/or weekends as needed for special or urgent projects/tasks (notice will be provided in advance if possible). May be required to travel for industry training or Corporate Office events (notice will be provided in advance). Primary Responsibilities: Walk assigned communities occasionally for inspections or resident support Perform light physical tasks such as lifting boxes Handle general office duties including filing, answering phones, and drafting letters Maintain organized records and assist with resident communications Support onsite amenities and staff coordination as needed Communications Demonstrate proficiency in company software to facilitate smooth operations. Ensure swift responses to internal communications for seamless collaboration. Property Inspections Conduct property inspections based on the contract for each property to check the condition of grounds, violations, etc. All inspection findings, including noted deficiencies and violations, should be systematically recorded, and processed through the software. Requirements Requirements Ability to walk community grounds and perform light lifting Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable with basic office technology (phones, filing systems, etc.) Professional demeanor and customer service orientation Prior experience in property management or administrative support is a plus Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to walk or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
