Taylor Management is looking for a passionate and organized Community Administrator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in assisting the Community Manager and ensuring the overall satisfaction of community residents. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain a positive living environment. This position is $50,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to communications from residents, including emails and phone calls. Assist in the preparation and dissemination of community information, newsletters, and updates. Maintain organized files and databases pertaining to community records and homeowner details. Coordinate requests for maintenance and service while communicating with contractors. Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and report preparation. Help plan and facilitate community events and resident meetings. Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or property management role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general office management software. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to residents.
