Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It You’re the friendly expert who turns group inquiries into memorable stays and long-term fans of The Social Hub. As our Community Advising Specialist, you’re the one B2B and B2C clients trust when they want to bring their people together across multiple The Social Hub locations. You guide them, advise them and craft bookings that feel personal, smooth and exciting from the first call to the final check-out. You spot chances to grow revenue without losing the human touch, and you keep conversations warm, honest and clear. You’ll work closely with our commercial teams, stay plugged into performance updates and help shape how groups experience TSH across Europe. What You'll Do Handle group inquiries for B2B and B2C clients and turn them into bookings across our locations Negotiate rates, craft offers and spot upsell moments that make stays even better Use daily Service Hub tasks and checklists to keep every request clear and under control Manage invoices and payment details with accuracy and zero fuss Share arrival info that helps teams welcome guests with confidence Work with our Hotel Management Systems (Mews, Event Temple, Salesforce Service Cloud and AI support) Guide guests through everything The Social Hub offers, from meeting rooms to community events Join weekly and monthly conversations with Commercial and Revenue teams to keep performance on track Who You Are You have a Vocational and/or Bachelor Educational degree You bring 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality, travel or customer service You have a commercial mindset and enjoy conversations that lead to smart wins for guests and for TSH You’re organized, calm under pressure and comfortable handling multiple requests at once You bring confidence with tools like Mews, Event Temple and Salesforce Service Cloud, and curiosity for AI You speak fluent Italian and English, and ideally another European language such as Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Portuguese What We Offer You start with a 6-7 month fixed-term contract with a monthly gross salary of €2.625,- The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company based in one of Europe’s most exciting cities.
