What this opportunity involves: An apportunity to join a new technology and consulting client as a Community Ambassador in Sydney CBD. The Community Ambassador is based on reception and welcomes employees and guests, providing excellent service to strengthen relationships between the client, JLL, and visitors. Being the face of the organisation, they offer genuine hospitality at concierge and manage all meeting rooms, while supporting smooth operations through administrative tasks and premium service delivery. An overview of the role: Create a comfortable, welcoming, and professional experience for employees and their guests Respond to clients’ enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to visitor management, room bookings and event support Handle internal and external calls and correspondence Support all regional initiatives such as JLL system rollouts, regional training, community engagement, digitalisation of the workplace, sustainability and DE&I Foster a sense of community and create a vibe at work for our team, our client and their guests Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services Assist and educate client to achieve optimisation and efficiency for meeting room bookings Enhance user comfort and services by efficient turnaround of meeting rooms Setting up and breaking down rooms as necessary for internal and external events Sounds like you?
