At Angel City, we are building a world-class organization that uses sport to drive to equity. We are stronger together, have more impact together, and have more fun together! The Community Ambassador will support Angel City’s community impact identity. This individual will assist with event planning and execution, community partnerships, game day activations, and volunteer opportunities. This role will also be given the opportunity to shadow members of the Community Department to receive exposure on roles. This is a temporary, part-time hourly position, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Community Impact. The role will run from January 2026 - December 2026. Key Responsibilities Attend and keep minutes for meetings between community partners and club representatives. Assist with the planning and execution of events and programs. Assist with game day activations, pre-game/halftime moments, and buses for community groups. Support ongoing volunteer events. Track metrics related to community partners and programs. Attend offsite meetings and events, along with transporting equipment and materials to locations as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment. Understanding of soccer. Excellent communication, written, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a hybrid model that includes commuting to BMO Stadium, ACFC HQ in Santa Monica, and community events in the greater LA area. Ability to work all home match days and non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to set up game-day activations, which often requires carrying moderate-sized materials or boxes; employee must be able to work in outdoor conditions and lift and carry up to forty (40) pounds. Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and Asana is a bonus. Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City FC and the NWSL preferred. Bilingual with fluency in Spanish is a bonus. Compensation This role is temporary and part-time for 10-15 hours a week at the rate of $20 - $25 an hour.
