Responsibilities
  • Relevant qualifications or suitable experience in supporting communications, project management or public relations
  • Experience planning and coordinating events and meetings
  • Analytical skills and proven ability to undertake stakeholder or community research to understand and help develop controls and responses
  • Experience working collaboratively with a small team / resources / contractors in the field
  • Proven experience using stakeholder management databases including producing reports
  • Experience in drafting reports, communication materials, briefing notes or correspondence
  • Skills in oral and written communications; communicating complex ideas through clear and effective messages with a demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to show resilience in communicating sensitive information in a public forum
  • Accreditation and experience in delivering in accordance with relevant IAP2 practices
  • Hold a current NSW driver licenc
