POSITION SUMMARY

The Community Associate will be an integral part of Bonneville Labs, positioned at the front desk and acting as a primary point of contact for members and visitors, they will often be seen as the face of the company. This position will be responsible for promoting and supporting a pleasant and welcoming space to provide a lasting first impression to guests of our facilities.

YOUR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • Bachelor’s degree (or experience in lieu of education) - preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel: up to 25% for events and meetings within the Bay Area
Responsibilities
  • Provide office, administrative and operational support to the organization as a whole to include but not limited to:


    • Upkeep of facilities and decor to provide a tidy and pleasant environment

    • Supply ordering and inventory management
    • Communication liaison between inter-departments, members, external customers, partners and vendors
    • Coordinate and schedule staff meetings, events, and usage of conference rooms
    • Greet and provide assistance to staff, members, and guests both by phone and walk-ins
    • Coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries
    • Support onboarding/offboarding of members
    • Support executive team, lab operations and other departments as requested
    • Maintain records, spreadsheets, SOPs, and various other documents
    • Support internal and external events through brainstorming, planning, organizing and executing
    • Establish and maintain a pleasant and cooperative working relationship with clients of Bonneville Labs
    • Contribute to building company culture
    • Crosstrain both inter-department and other sites to provide back-up support as required
    • May be required to stay after-hours or work overtime as necessary (event clean-up, urgent facility cleanliness issues, etc.)
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
