We’re looking for someone friendly, practical, and full of good energy to help bring the Encode Hub to life every day.You’ll fit in just right if:

• You have experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, hospitality, or community management.
• You are a strong communicator - whether you’re chatting with someone face-to-face or sending out a nice written message.
• You are a natural problem-solver, with the ability to multitask and manage a dynamic workload with a calm and positive attitude
• You demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
• You have a genuine passion for technology and an interest in the AI and Web3 ecosystems.

Your day-to-day will be varied.This is a hands-on role. You’ll be the first one in each morning, making sure everything is set just right. Throughout the day, you’ll keep things running smoothly, make people feel welcome, and help create a warm, lively environment.
