Responsibilities

PURPOSE

The Community Associate supports the Community Manager in ensuring operational excellence within the centre. This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day centre operations and may step into the manager’s responsibilities when required to ensure continuity and smooth running of the space. It is pivotal in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for members and clients, contributing to their overall satisfaction and success. The position is primarily lone working, with daily tasks carried out independently, and requires someone who is confident and comfortable working alone. Support is available from surrounding team members and management when needed.
