Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Manager/Community Association Management.
Hands-on experience working with Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with board members and residents.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for board members and residents, delivering excellent service and communication.
Monitor corporate and client delinquency rates, and review monthly financial reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintain and update community databases to ensure residents’ information is current and accurate.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as maintenance and accounting, to ensure smooth operations.
