QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have a University Degree in Occupational Therapy
• You are a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
• You have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle
• A minimum of 1 year of general OT mental health experience
• Completion of at least one of the following courses: CBT, ACT, DBT (please note if you do not have this there is opportunity to take one of the following courses in your first year with FA)
