Community Based Support Professional - Burbank / Glendale F.A.D.E. ASSOCIATE F.A.D.E. or Facilitating Alternative Day Environments and C.I.T.P. or Community Integration Training Program are our two community based day services where we assist adults with developmental disabilities to participate in the community and increase their accessibility to the workforce.
