YOU’LL DO Drive Growth & Performance * Lead membership growth, consumer and business lending production, and deposit expansion. * Execute strategic plans that align with On Tap’s enterprise growth objectives. * Champion sales leadership and hold your team accountable to strong performance outcomes. * Blend community engagement with disciplined execution to ensure Golden is a high-performing market. Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team * Partner with our financial professionals to deliver operational excellence and compliance integrity. * Coach advanced lending skills — consumer and business — to elevate team performance. * Foster a culture grounded in accountability, service, and our K.E.G. of Excellence Values. * Create an environment where people grow, collaborate, and win together.  WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG CANDIDATE * Proven success in business development and relationship building * Demonstrated sales leadership and performance management experience * Advanced lending expertise with the ability to coach others * Strategic thinker with strong financial and operational acumen * Confident decision-maker with excellent judgment * High emotional intelligence and strong conflict resolution skills * Exceptional communication and influence abilities * Strong organizational discipline with a results-driven mindset QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred * 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a retail banking or credit union environment * Demonstrated success in lending production and sales leadership * Strong knowledge of consumer and business lending products * CCUFC certification preferred * Formal leadership or sales management training preferred * Willingness to attend community events (nights/weekends as needed) * Personal smartphone capable of running current iOS or Android operating system  WHY ON TAP? Responsibilities
The Community Branch Leader is responsible for driving membership growth, consumer and business lending production, and deposit expansion by executing strategic plans and championing sales leadership. This role also requires being the face of the Credit Union in the community by building strong local relationships and representing the organization as a financial partner.
