Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Community Healthcare Assistants to work a variety of shift patterns – these include working hours of 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm and alternate weekends. We have full or part time work available.
You will need to offer commitment and compassion to both the clients and the role itself, deliver the highest standard of care, allow clients to remain as independent as possible and enjoy working alone and as part of a team. Being adaptable and personable is essential.

Responsibilities

· Assist with all personal care needs – to include washing/dressing/toileting
· Medication Support
· Meal Preparation
· Light Domestic duties/shopping when required
· Social and Emotional Support – to include Community outings and Companionship calls
· Any additional tasks as needed
