About the job

Company Description Care At Home Group is one of the North West’s longest-established domiciliary care companies, with over 25 years of experience and more than 250 team members supporting over 400 clients across Cheshire and Merseyside. The organization provides a full range of home care services, including personal care, companionship, shopping, support with meals and medication, and complex clinical care tailored to individual needs. Care At Home Group is founded on the core principles of respect, dignity, and compassion, placing each client’s unique preferences at the center of their care plans. Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the company operates multiple branches across the North West, including its head office in Cheshire West & Wirral.

Role Description The Community Care Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Wirral and Cheshire West, supporting individuals in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
