JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals within the community, with experience of caring particularly those in care homes or receiving home care services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to drive to various locations as needed. The Community Care Assistant will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • A valid driving licence and your own care are required for this role, as travel between locations is necessary.
  • Familiarity with creating or implementing care plans is an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills are beneficial for managing documentation and communication tasks.
  • A compassionate approach towards individuals requiring assistance is crucial for success in this role.
